The first Shenzhen Construction Industry Vocational Skills Competition was held in Baoan Shiyan Construction Engineering Base and Futian Xiameilin Jian'an Industrial Zone from July 12 to 13. The competition was hosted by Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau, and the company as one of the co-organizers actively organized contestants to participate in the competition. The opening ceremony of the competition was held on the morning of the 12th. Zheng Xiaosheng, deputy director of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Housing and Construction, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech on "improving the overall skill literacy of the construction workers and giving play to the important role of skill competition in talent training". The purpose of this competition is to implement the important decision of the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to "build an army of knowledge-based, skilled and innovative workers, promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, and create a glorious social style of labor and a spirit of professionalism for excellence" The deployment is to build a platform for the broad staff of the housing construction industry in the city to exchange skills, exchange experience, improve skills, and show their demeanor, and to discover and train more highly skilled leaders.

 

   The competition is divided into six competition types: lifting workers, welders, electricians, rack workers, steel workers and surveying workers. More than 300 contestants have signed up. The company organized 9 contestants to participate in lifting workers, electricians, rack workers, and survey workers. In the 4 trade competitions, the construction workers Fu Zhihua and Li Tiejun won the third place in the "framework group". This is the first time the company has organized to participate in such a competition. There is no organizational experience, no skilled talent pool. The contestants are recommended by everyone, and no outside skill training teachers are invited to guide them. They can obtain guidance from the company’s professional technical backbones. The third place is not easy. I believe that after the baptism of the competition, you can achieve better results in the next skill competition.
