According to a person from the Urban and Rural Construction Committee of the City, in the past, whether it was a small building with several floors or a high-rise building with dozens of floors, the main method of cast-in-place stairs was used. This method not only takes a long time for construction, but also because of the uneven level of construction workers, the quality is also difficult to guarantee. The Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Committee has decided to start high-rise residential buildings with reinforced concrete shear wall structures (including commercial bottoms) in the main urban areas, Fuling, Yongchuan, Nanchuan, Qijiang, Fengdu and other places with a construction area of ​​80,000 square meters and above. It is forbidden to use on-site pouring stairs, and to promote prefabricated concrete stairs.

 

The biggest difference between  cast-in-place stairs and prefabricated stairs is that the prefabricated stairs are designed and produced according to strict dimensions, which is easier to control the quality and installation, and can also make the stairwells of residential buildings more spacious and safe. "It is not only the prefabricated stairs, but also the construction industrialization technology. In the future, the interior load-bearing wall materials of the high-rise buildings in the main city may be thinner and more reliable, and the space will be saved at once." In addition to the on-site pouring of stairs, hand-produced residential kitchens and bathroom exhaust gas ducts, and residential kitchens and bathroom exhaust gas ducts made of magnesite materials are prohibited from being used for construction in the city due to unstable quality and poor durability. engineering.
