In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Shandong Province Civil Building Energy Conservation Regulations", Liaocheng City implements the entire process of supervision on the energy conservation of new buildings. At present, all new projects in the urban planning area are designed in accordance with building energy efficiency standards, and the implementation rate of building energy efficiency standards during the construction phase has reached more than 99%. This year, Shandong Province assigned 293,600 square meters of existing residential building energy-saving renovation tasks in Liaocheng City. A total of 18 existing residential building energy-saving renovation projects covering an area of ​​394,500 square meters have been implemented. The currently completed renovation area is 295,000 square meters. The Housing and Construction Department assigned the task. With regard to the utilization of funds for energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings, a total of 4.264 million yuan of national incentive funds and 2.09 million yuan from the provincial level have been used this year, all of which have been subsidized to the renovation unit. In 2014, Shandong Province issued the task of energy-saving renovation of 1.2 million square meters of existing residential buildings in Liaocheng. At present, 550,000 square meters of existing projects have been implemented, and the rest of the projects are being implemented.

 

In addition, this year Shandong Province has assigned 500,000 square meters of solar thermal building integrated application tasks to Liaocheng City, and Liaocheng has implemented 743,000 square meters. At the same time, the province has assigned 5 tasks for public building renovation of 50,000 square meters, public building energy audit of 100,000 square meters, and public building energy consumption monitoring subsystem. Currently, Liaocheng has completed the energy-saving renovation of existing public buildings of 53,100 square meters; The building energy audit was 103,600 square meters, and the energy efficiency publicity of all buildings that completed the energy audit was carried out. In terms of the development of new building materials, there are currently 76 new wall material manufacturers in Liaocheng City, with an annual production capacity of 3 billion standard bricks, which greatly meets the needs of the construction industry.
