He graduated from South China University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering mechanics in 1995; later in 2003 he graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a master's degree in business administration. After graduation, he worked successively in Shenzhen Yuezhong Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Construction Group Co., Ltd. In 2012, he joined Shenzhen Pengcheng Construction Group Co., Ltd. as the deputy director of the technology center; in 2013, he served as the director of the technology center. In 2013, he worked in Shenzhen Jianye Engineering Group Co., Ltd. In 2017, he served as deputy technical director of Shenzhen Pengcheng Construction Group Co., Ltd.; current technical director (chief engineer).
