The project is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Nanshan Avenue and Beihuan Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The total land area is about 50,000 square meters, the total construction area is 51129 square meters, the building height is 30.6 meters, and the total budget is 278 million yuan. The project held a groundbreaking ceremony on September 28, 2011, and the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2013.

 

Shenzhen Art School was established with the approval of the People's Government in 1985 and approved to run a secondary school in 1993. It is the only full-time secondary art school in the city directly under the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
