The Fu'an Xinzhou Mingyuan Project is located at Xinzhou 11th Street, Futian District, Shenzhen. It is the headquarters office building of Minsheng Bank. The project officially started on December 18, 2004, and was completed and accepted on January 10, 2006. The total construction cost is 120 million, with a total construction area of 35,917.36 square meters, three floors underground and 25 floors above ground. The foundation adopts concrete cast-in-place piles, and the main body is the frame core tube. The exterior wall is composed of glass curtain wall, composite aluminum panel curtain wall, dry-hanging stone curtain wall, point connection canopy, hanging floor glass curtain wall and fluorocarbon spraying. The indoor floor is made of natural marble, the wall is constructed by natural marble dry hanging method, and the basement floor is made of epoxy non-slip floor. There are eight elevators in the building. It is a financial office building integrating intelligence, information, and networking.
